2. We Create a WhatsApp Group
Once we’ve spoken, we immediately create a dedicated WhatsApp group that includes you and key members of our team. This group becomes your go-to space for sharing ideas, getting updates, clearing doubts, and keeping all communication in one place.
This ensures complete transparency, quick responses, and zero confusion throughout the project.
3. We Understand Your Exact Requirement
We never just deliver a tent and walk away. We take time to ask:
- What type of event is it?
- What’s the location and space like?
- How many guests are expected?
- What’s your budget and theme?

Then, we take it a step further with 3D visualizations, so you can see a realistic preview of your tent setup, decor, seating arrangement, stage, lighting, and more—before anything is even built.

5. We Reconnect & Finalize Together
After sharing the designs, we schedule a final discussion with you. This is where everything comes together.
We take your feedback, make any changes needed, and ensure everyone is on the same page. Only once you're completely satisfied, we lock the final plan and move ahead.

6. Manufacturing, Customization & Preparation
If your project requires new Swiss Tents, Canopies, or Tensile Structures, we begin the manufacturing process immediately. Our in-house production team ensures top quality, timely delivery, and perfect finishing.
For rentals like furniture, decor, or standard tents, we begin organizing and prepping every element as per your final design.
Everything is triple-checked before dispatch—because we believe in doing it once, and doing it right.
7. On-Site Setup & Execution
Finally, the big day arrives. Our expert team reaches your location on time and starts the setup process with full coordination and professionalism.
Whether it’s a small canopy for a backyard gathering or a massive wedding venue setup, we make sure everything is installed safely, beautifully, and as per the finalized plan.
